Students launch plan for Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail

Students in Prof. Kelly Cerialo’s Field Studies in Hospitality class reported the findings of a 14 week marketing research project on the Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail during a presentation at the Crandall Public Library in Glens Falls on Thursday, Dec. 3.

The Post Star summarized the presentation by saying, “The region’s craft beverage makers are on the right track, but they could be doing more to bring in tourists.”
