How to Apply

2023-24 applicants

Please contact HEOP Staff if you have any difficulties submitting the requirements below. We understand these are challenging times and want to work with you. We will be as flexible as possible with the requirements that allow flexibility.

Transfer Students

Only students that were in an opportunity program at their previous institution(s) are eligible to be considered for HEOP as a transfer student. Please inform your Admissions counselor and/or contact the HEOP Office if you were ever enrolled in EOP, HEOP, SEEK, or CD (College Discovery).

Transfer students must complete an HEOP application and an interview with HEOP Staff. An HEOP Transfer Form must also be completed by the previous institution. We can assist with the form once an application has been submitted.
