By Autumn Rock
I am the Creator
All creations are my children
I love them as a mother
I fear they do not love me
Death will soon take me
I extended my seas
My oceans and forests
Disgraceful destruction
My waters are polluted
The trees decimated
My children
One by one
Are stolen from me
I long for their return
I know it will never come
I have fallen ill
A fever I’m unsure I can shake
Still I give it all
My children need it more
They must go on
To be killed by those I trust
Is a tragedy
Written by Shakespeare
For I became Caesar
“Et tu, Brute?”
Eternal Love
Is what I offered
Incessant Pain
Is what I received
I must take my leave
Don’t fear, my children
For it is much too late
I do not fear death
My totality I gave for you
In darkness, there is still life
