Usually it’s not feasible to go camping in winter, but Thursday, February 25th to Friday, the 26th you can come camp out at the library! That’s right – bring all your gear; whether it’s a tent, sleeping bag, or even a hammock, we’ll find some space just for you (psst: don’t forget your flashlights and lanterns because we’re going to be turning the lights down at 10pm). Based on many of your requests, we’re definitely planning on showing The Life Aquatic in the Adirondack Room and we’re currently accepting additional movie requests to last us all night.
But if instead you and your friends decide you want to study the night away, Librarian Amy Pajewski will be there all night to help with any and all questions, even if it’s just help finding a good book. The library will provide popcorn on Thursday night and breakfast on Friday morning, so be prepared to watch the sunrise through our gorgeous windows, surrounded by your friends here at the library!
Please contact Amy Pajewski at apajewski@paulsmiths.edu with any and all suggestions to make this event great!
