Hello! My name is Christina Bennett. My preferred nickname is CAB. I am a four-year Culinary Arts and Service Management student at Paul Smith’s College. I come from the southern Finger Lakes and grew up outside doing everything from baking cakes for all kinds of events to riding dirt bikes. My future goal is to open my own special dietary needs bakery. In the mean time I am open to be doing anything that’s tossed my way.
