The Adirondack Mycology Club in partnership with many myco-collaborators (Culinary Dept., Center for Campus Sustainability, College Advancement, Counseling Center, and the Joan Weill Adirondack Library) invited the campus community  to revel in the wonderment of the Fifth Kingdom the first week of November.

Many thanks to Class of 2014 (and the Senior Class President, Robert “Jacob” Pearson) for growing mycology at PSC by funding the purchase of mushroom cultivation equipment.  It’s always fun to have some new tools to play with in the service of the fifth kingdom.  Additionally, it allows us to conserve our precious budget (which we are so grateful for) for the 2017 ADK Fungi Fest! We’ll be funding honorariums for professional mycologists, including a PSC alum who is a truffle expert.

Stay tuned…
